Idiot driving straight into a huge pole might be the funniest crash ever – and his reaction is priceless

THIS IS the inexplicable but hilarious moment one idiot driver plowed straight into a huge pole to help create what might be the funniest crash ever.

The baffling collision was made all the more amusing by the man’s reaction as he appears to get out of his vehicle looking for something else to blame for the damage.

The driver also seemingly emerges from the car with a phone in his hand, perhaps hinting at why he failed to see a large gaping pole in the middle of the road.

Although it’s not been proven whether the clip is, in fact, real, it caught the attention of a number of people online who were left in stitches by the driving fail.

Channel 5 presenter Jeremy Vine tweeted: “I swear this driver actually toys with the idea of blaming the lamppost for suddenly appearing.”

Another commented: “The look of amazement as he gets out of the car…almost indignant, is priceless.”

One more tweeted: “When he gets out it looks like has his phone in his left hand. That’d do it.”

Many actually defended the driver, by insisting the pole should be the one punished for obeying the correct rules of the road!

One tongue-in-cheek comment said: “In fairness to the guy, the clip with sound clearly hears him sound his horn twice, and it still never moved.”

Others found the fact that one woman walking past fails to take notice of the comedic crash…or she does and just decides to keep on walking.
