Sherif Lanre has broken his silence online after being booted out of Love Island on Tuesday.
The 20 year old chef took to Instagram to tell his 284,000 followers he was “all good” after leaving the show, and thanked fans for their support.
He wrote: “Thankyou to everyone including my friends and family for the support I’ve come back to.
“I appreciate you all and hope I provided some good, positive moments during my time on Love Island and for anyone wondering I’m all good.”
He finished off his statement with the hashtags “it is what it is” and “bigger things to come”.
A Love Island spokesman told OK! online on Wednesday: "After breaking the villa rules Sherif had conversations with the producers and it was mutually agreed that he would leave the Love Island villa."
Sherif said in a statement: "In a case of poor judgement, I broke the villa rules and as a result agreed with the producers that it was best for me to leave the villa.
"I regret that I didn’t conduct myself in the right way and, as a 20 year old guy, it’s something I know I will take on board and learn from.
"I really enjoyed my time in the villa and look forward to catching up with everyone on the outside."

It is not yet known what rule he broke to be ejected from the villa.
Sherif was the second boy to enter the ITV2 match-making show, and found himself on the subs bench after no girl stepped forward for him – later coupling with pharmacist Anna Vasili by default.
He then faced fierce competition from Anton, who was trying to make a play for Anna.
Sherif was later honest about his feelings, and he and Anna shared a kiss on the terrace following a heart-to-heart.
Love Island continues at 9pm on ITV.
