RadarOnline.com has learned one of Scientology’s most devote members who is keeping the Church afloat is an actress famous for voicing a beloved character on The Simpsons.
According to Scientology expert Tony Ortega, each fall Scientology leader David Miscavige gathers mega-donors together in England to seduce them into gifting the cult with massive amounts of money.

“Scientology makes a game out of giving the church huge sums, begging big donors — we call them ‘whales’ — to turn over more and more in the hopes of reaching a new status level, a bigger trophy, and the prospect of being feted at [a gala] and included in a subsequent issue of Impact magazine,” wrote Ortega on his website The Underground Bunker.

Among the most generous patrons of Scientology, Ortega revealed, is Nancy Cartwright, who voices the character Bart Simpson.

Cartwright, 61, has been a member of Scientology since 1991.
