“I just want you guys to know that I would never, ever do anything that’s unnatural or a quick fix or anything like that. I just want you guys to understand that my fitness and wellness journey has been completely organic and authentic and I’ve put in a lot of hard work and dedication – mental and physically – to get to where I am.”

She added: “I just wanna inspire you guys really, I wanna motivate you and encourage you and support you that’s the point. Thank you.”

There’s no need for hate or bitterness or negativity just focus on you and stop putting responsibility on others for making you feel good.

She then added a final message warning those who have accused her of getting liposuction to achieve her figure. She said: “One more thing, if I see another person commenting saying I’ve had liposuction of all things to get to where I am at the minute I’m about to go the hell off, because that is absolutely not what I’m about.

“Whatever anybody else chooses to do with their bodies that’s up to them but I’m all about working hard, dedication, commitment to all things in all areas – if you want it you can achieve it and I love putting gin hard work and that is what I’ve done so if anyone comes at me with the liposuction thing be gone.”
