Black Sabbath have announced a unique collection of vinyl in honor of the 50th anniversary of their seminal album, Paranoid, released in 1970.
The 5-LP box set will include a remastered version of the original album as well as a 1974 quad mix of the record, while the remaining three LPs consist of audio recordings from two concerts performed by the band in 1970 in Montreux and Brussels, which are now being pressed on vinyl for the very first time.
Also contained in the box set are a band poster, a replica of the tour book that was being sold during the 1970-71 Paranoid tour, and a hardbound book that includes interviews with the four band members, as well as rare pictures.
The collection is slated to release on October 9, and is available for pre-order now.
