Kevin Spacey's Accuser Recorded The Alleged Sexual Assault On Snapchat

Oh, Snapchat, it’s not only used for you to send naked pics to your piece while the puppy filter half-disguises your face. It can also be used to get video proof of an Oscar-winning actor groping you without permission.

Kevin Spacey’s team of lawyers found out that 2019 is going to be very busy for them. Not only do they have to defend him in a sexual battery lawsuit brought on by a massage therapist (how very Travolta of him) and possibly prepares themselves for charges in London, but they’ve got a case in Nantucket to deal with. Kevin was charged with felony sexual assault after a man claimed that Kevin groped him at a restaurant in Nantucket in 2016 when he was 18. Police say the assault was recorded, but Kevin’s lawyers have fought back with some good old-fashioned vicim blaming.

In the police report, it states that the accuser, who is the son of former Boston news anchor Heather Unruh (she went public with the story last year), asked Kevin Spacey for an autograph at the restaurant he was working as a bus boy at. He hung out with Kevin after his shift, and told Kevin he was a 23-year-old college student when he was really an 18-year-old who wasn’t in college at the time. The accuser texted his girlfriend saying that he was hanging out with Kevin Spacey and Kevin was hitting on him, and when she texted back saying she didn’t believe him, he sent her a Snapchat video. The video supposedly shows Kevin touching the front of the accuser’s pants. The accuser told police this went on for 3 minutes, and said he repeatedly tried to move his crotch away from Kevin’s groping paw. The accuser also said that Kevin got into his pants and groped him. The teen ran the fuck out of there when Kevin went to the bathroom.

His mom said that he told his family that night, but didn’t talk to the police about until more than a year later, because he was embarrassed.

The Boston Globe says that Kevin’s lawyers tried to stop charges from being filed by arguing to the judge that it’s highly suspicious that the accuser didn’t say “no” or leave when Kevin groped him for 3 minutes. I guess they haven’t heard of something called frozen in a state of fear and WTF. The accuser said that he couldn’t leave because the bar was very crowded. Kevin’s lawyers also said that the accuser may have been black out drunk because he had 8 to 10 drinks in a little over an hour. As for the Snapchat video, Kevin’s lawyers saw something very different. They said it doesn’t show any groping, but shows someone’s hand on someone else’s shirt. The judge wasn’t having their argument and let the charges go through.

Kevin Spacey will be arraigned at Nantucket District Court on January 7. When he shows up, 2 things need to happen:
