OOPS! ASOS did it again…
The online retailer has been trolled by fashion fans for rebranding one of Britney Spears' most iconic outfits…for MEN!
The fashion giant are now stocking men's PVC leggings – dubbed meggings – and a matching red top just like the pop star wore in her 2000 hit, Oops…I Did It Again.
ASOS have also got one-up on Britney by completing the wacky threads with a black cap and bum bag, necessary items the singer missed in her music video.
The vinyl fabric co-ord t-shirt will only set you back £22 and can be worn other classic Britney looks or you can go for full maximum effect with the £20 bottoms.
The red catsuit has been successfully pulled off by a man before, after Kevin Bacon, 58, flaunted the unique look in a EE advert alongside the artist in 2016.
The daring faux leather ensemble has, for some reason, sent the internet into meltdown, with fans flooding Facebook comment sections with responses.
Elechia Appleton said: "Like a big gorgeous baby bell", while Rachel Westray commented: "When you're a drug dealer but love Britney Spears."
Sinead Lee added: "He looks like a giant red condom", while another asked: "ASOS, you okay hun?"
Despite the number of women feeling toxic by the look, surprisingly the outfit has sent blokes crazy, with both items in the £44 gear selling fast on the retailer's website.
While Britney has not been announced to be performing this summer, some fellas clearly fancy unveiling the new clobber over ASOS' new men's festival range.
The bizarre items – which included tight gold and silver half-and-half leggings and a harness – failed to convince lads they'd be womanizer's wearing them.
Quite aptly, ASOS also did it again by dividing opinion with its bold fashion releases recently after we told how it was selling matching his and hers high-vis hoodies.
