Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice.
Gigi Hadid celebrated the Marc Jacobs Redux Grunge Collection and the opening of Jacobs’ new store in New York City on Monday by wearing black-and-white striped pants ($350) with a matching shrunken blazer ($495) and long-sleeved crop top ($195) from the designer.
On the West Coast, Rita Ora wore a near-identical outfit the same night — the only difference was her blazer ($495), which featured a slightly different striped pattern. Ora, 28, accessorized with a beanie ($95) from the same collection and round blue sunglasses, while Hadid, 23, wore her hair up in two buns and minimal makeup.
Hadid is the face of Jacobs’ campaign, which is a revival of designs from the 1999 collection he created for Perry Ellis that ultimately got him fired from the brand. Though she clearly has an affinity for the designer, it’s also possible the supermodel was channeling her sister Bella Hadid, who along with her boyfriend The Weeknd dressed up as Lydia Deetz and Beetlejuice for Halloween in October.
