Gwyneth Paltrow’s facialist has revealed the actress got her glowing wedding skin by regularly massaging her face.
Anastasia Achilleos, who is based in London, explained how Gwyneth, 46 – who tied the knot with Brad Falchuk in September – uses her simple massage techniques every day.
She advises spending time on massaging your skin whenever you have a spare few minutes throughout the day, using a balm or facial oil.
The skincare expert added that how you apply your products can actually be more important than the product itself.

Speaking to the Telegraph, Anastasia said: ‘We’ve all become too frightened to handle our skin when actually, the application of product is, a lot of the time, more important than the product itself.
‘Applying firm pressure in an upwards motion from the chin to earlobe helps to lift the jawline, and by simply circling the eyes around the orbital bone, you can drain puffy eyes more easily than with any tool.’
