“After many months of reflection and internal discussions, we have chosen to make a transition this year in starting to carve out a progressive new role within this institution. We intend to step back as ‘senior’ members of the Royal Family and work to become financially independent, while continuing to fully support Her Majesty The Queen. It is with your encouragement, particularly over the last few years, that we feel prepared to make this adjustment. We now plan to balance our time between the United Kingdom and North America, continuing to honour our duty to The Queen, the Commonwealth, and our patronages. This geographic balance will enable us to raise our son with an appreciation for the royal tradition into which he was born, while also providing our family with the space to focus on the next chapter, including the launch of our new charitable entity. We look forward to sharing the full details of this exciting next step in due course, as we continue to collaborate with Her Majesty The Queen, The Prince of Wales, The Duke of Cambridge and all relevant parties. Until then, please accept our deepest thanks for your continued support.” – The Duke and Duchess of Sussex For more information, please visit (link in bio) Image © PA

Meghan grew up in Los Angeles, California, where she spent a lot of her time visiting her father, Thomas Markle, where he worked on the set of Married With Children as a lighting director. It was from a young age that she knew she wanted to pursue a career in acting, and her efforts definitely paid off.

After a few small parts alongside actors such as Ashton Kutcher, Meghan finally rose to fame after joining the cast of Suits.  In addition, she was and still is, a women’s rights activist and a humanitarian, and she definitely stands for what she believes in.

Due to her work, Meghan was often photographed at special events, and those who have seen the pictures would definitely agree that the former American actress knows how to look amazing on camera.

A unique tribute was given to acknowledge those involved both past and present, culminating in a special parade of some of the last surviving veterans who fought and served in 1944.‬ • ‪Their Royal Highnesses, who last year attended their first Festival of Remembrance together, were honoured to once again pay tribute to all casualties of war and remember those that have made the ultimate sacrifice for their country.‬ ‪#FestivalOfRemembrance ‪#WeWillRememberThem‬ Photo © PA / Royal British Legion

While Meghan definitely had her fair share of photographs taken prior to meeting Harry, it is nothing like it is now. Photographers will stop at nothing to get the perfect shot of the duchess, and it almost seems as if we see new pictures all the time.

It is pretty safe to say that since Meghan and Prince Harry’s 2018 wedding, she has become one of the most sought-after and photographed women in the entire world. She is certainly no stranger to looking spectacular in every snapshot, whether it be while she is greeting well-wishers or speaking about one of the causes she so deeply believes in.

So, what are some of Meghan’s tricks for making sure every photograph looks fantastic? Well, as it turns out, she has a few of them, and it looks like she has the techniques down pat.

According to What to Wear, the duchess works the camera by doing several things. First, she makes sure her posture is perfect by doing the “model pose” whenever possible. What is this, exactly? It’s a pose that makes the body appear longer and slimmer by having the person stand with one hip pointed to the side and the other leg pointed out.

In addition, Meghan makes sure to always be smiling — but not too much, as she doesn’t want it to look unnatural! She knows that a simple grin is all that she needs, and that is always what we see. Meghan also knows that tilting her head to the side and down just a little provides the most flattering angle, and also, that the camera loves solid colors.

The Duchess of Sussex is a natural beauty that is sure to look stunning no matter what, but it looks like she has a few simple tricks to make herself even more photogenic than she already is.
