Showing off her athletic side, the BGT star wore grey leggings and a zip up top, while she covered her hair in a hat cap.

Amanda’s eldest Lexi followed closely behind, while Hollie, eight, and husband Chris Hughes missed out on the exercise trip.

Since the start of the week, Amanda has been hosting the Heart Breakfast show from the comfort of her own home.

Wearing a pair of silky pyjamas, she told her followers: "Like so many of you I’m working @thisisheart from #home today to make sure we have the tech to keep you company throughout this trying time! #breakfast."

She also opened up about how Britain’s Got Talent will work once the coronavirus lockdown comes to an end.

She revealed that her and the rest of the panel "will work everyday including weekends" as they aim to make up for lost time.

The judge said: "I’m hoping we can still strip it, strip means we sort of do it every single day like we used to or we might end up doing it over the weekends but it’s all still in the running but I definitely think it’s for the best."

She revealed when the show could return to screens: "So yes we have heard it’s the Autumn. I would say I would say it might be later than September but it’s quite a competitive time of year as well so."

Yesterday the UK coronavirus death toll hit 422 as a study claimed up to HALF the population may have caught the killer bug.

Deaths jumped by 87 in just 24 hours on Tuesday – the biggest daily increase yet – with the youngest victim killed by the virus aged just 33.
