The presenter pulled out of her TV commitments following the on-air debacle amid calls for her to be sacked.
She returned to the show today and was greet by the audience cheering her name.
Appearing rather emotional, she thanks everyone for their support as she settled back into the panel.
In August, Coleen and the How Clean is Your House? presenter clashed when Kim appeared on the show for what fans thought was going to see them make-up after they fell out following their 2017 Celebrity Big Brother appearance.
But Kim, 76, ended up calling Coleen "lying trash" and a "piece of filth" before storming off the set after a heated row.
ITV received over 3,000 complaints over the treatment of Kim and demanded that Coleen lost her job.
A devastated Coleen broke down in tears the following week and announced she would be taking a break from the ITV panel show after being trolled over the incident.
She said at the time: "Anyone that knows me knows I’m not a bully.
"That would be the most hurtful thing people could call me.
"I didn’t want to do the reunion. It was the producers who said she wanted to make peace. I agreed because I was happy to draw a line under past differences.
"From the moment she arrived, it was clear Kim didn’t want to make up. Now I wish I could go back in time and not do it. It was ugly, upsetting and unpleasant for everyone."
Kim said afterwards: "I was ambushed, it was disgusting. It was like a circus and I was there for some cruel entertainment. I want Coleen and her sister fired.
