I'm a Celebrity's Noel Edmonds addresses 'feud' with host Holly Willoughby

I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here’s latest evictee, Noel Edmonds, has addressed rumours about his feud with host Holly Willoughby after their tense interview on This Morning about cancer.

Noel said: “The truth of the matter is, I respect Holly as a broadcaster – and Phil – we had a spat on This Morning, I would love the opportunity to go on This Morning again and properly talk about this subject of the human body energy system.

“I never, ever said, pulsed electro magnetism cured my cancer, I never said that, I said it helped me tackle my cancer and we got into one of those – Piers, you’ll know this, we got into one of those silly production squabbles, which doesn’t help the viewer.

“I would love to go again, but I saw Holly yesterday, we hugged and there is no feud. If it helps to boost The Sun newspaper circulation, then so be it.”

However, Piers added a little dig to the interview when he said: “I think the best thing is you come on our program and not This Morning to put the record straight.”

Elsewhere in the chat, Noel got a little bit frosty when Piers pushed him on his rumoured £600,000 appearance fee, which the GMB host claimed gave Noel the best day rate in television due to his swift exit.

Piers also said he’d consider appearing on I’m a Celeb himself, if he could get a huge fee and then make an exit as soon as possible, a bit like Noel…

Noel said: “Can we forget talking about the money? Piers, please. The only thing I could recommend, looking at you all I’d recommend is the weight loss – I’ve lost four kilos and I didn’t have four kilos to lose, believe me.”

Elsewhere on I’m a Celebrity, John Barrowman has now returned to the jungle after spraining his ankle and being omitted from the latest eviction vote.

Meanwhile viewers spotted something odd when Hollyoaks’ star Malique Thompson-Dwyer left suggesting he might have already known the result.

Good Morning Britain continues on weekdays from 6am on ITV. I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! continues at 9pm tonight (December 3), also on ITV.
