JENNIFER Aniston has boasted she will live in to her 100s as she opensup about looking after her physical health.
The Friends star – who will reunite with ex Brad Pitt this Friday for a table read of 80s classic Fast Times at Ridgmont High – has said there is "no excuse" for not looking after your body and being "vibrant and thriving" at an old age.
Jennifer said: "I look at my dad, who just turned 87, and he is Greek — stubborn, fabulous, all those things from that generation — but, you know, I think they could be a little healthier.
"He’s going to be so mad at me. You know, my mom, c’mon, none of you guys took care of yourselves. But they didn’t know any better. And now we know. So what’s our excuse?"
Speaking to LA Times, Jen added: "It’s about just knowing what you put inside your body, exercising — my father, never, ever — they didn’t know you could keep your bones strong, never mind being fit and fitting into a size-whatever.
"I’m going to be in my 80s or 90s or maybe now even my 100s at this rate, and I don’t want to be wheeling around. I would like to be vibrant and thriving."
Brad and Jen reunited publicly for the first time earlier this year at the SAG Awards, and left fans reeling at their friendship.
They divorced in 2005 after Brad fell in love with Angelina Jolie on the set of movie Mr and Mrs Smith.
However, in recent years, the pair have reconciled their friendship, and Brad was at Jen's 50th birthday partyin early 2019.
The table read of the 80s film will be virtual and will stream on various platforms including Facebook and TikTok on Aug. 21 at 8 p.m.
Hosted by comedian Dane Cook, it will also feature original star Sean Penn, Brad and Jen – who were married from 2001 to 2005 – as well as Julia Roberts, Morgan Freeman, Shia LaBeouf, Matthew McConaughey, Jimmy Kimmel and Henry Golding.
