Katie Price tops up her tan despite breaking both feet as she receives flowers after being left unable to walk

KATIE PRICE topped up her tan and received a huge bouquet of flowers after her horror injury on holiday.

The 42-year-old reality star was rushed to hospital in Turkey and is now preparing to fly home for an emergency operation after breaking both of her feet in a scary accident.

Despite her bad luck, Katie looked delighted to receive a big bouquet of red, yellow and white roses from a well-wisher as she lay poolside at her luxurious resort.

The fan stopped by the sun lounge where Katie was tanning to hand her the amazing bouquet.

She smiled as she received the flowers and took time to smell them.

Katie was tanning in a black triangle bikini, dark rectangle shades and wore long blonde hair straight down.

The mum-of-five also sported two heavy casts on her feet after her nasty accident.

The Sun Online revealed that Katie had broken both feet on Wednesday while on holiday.

She fractured both heels jumping off a wall at theme park Land of Legends and doctors have warned her she will need pins in her feet and won't be able to walk for a minimum of three months – though the recovery period could be twice that.

The former glamour model suffered the fractures while on holiday in Turkey with new boyfriend Carl Woods, and her children Junior, 15, and 13-year-old Princess.

Taking to Instagram today, Katie could be seen in a wheelchair as she begged fans for help finding a mobility scooter upon her return to the UK.

Dressed in a light blue top and tiny pink shorts, Katie looked as though she was in pain as she showed off both of her legs in casts.

She asked fans: "Does anybody know or can someone get in contact where I can hire a mobility scooter and a wheelchair that I can use when I get back?

"I'm not going to be able to walk – doctors have confirmed three to six months, or it could be longer.

"So I need to get round on a mobility scooter and a wheelchair, let me know."

The Sun Online revealed yesterday that Katie had broken both feet on holiday.

She fractured both heels jumping off a wall at theme park Land of Legends and faces months of agony as she battles her way to recovery.

Doctors have warned Katie she will need pins in her feet and won't be able to walk for a minimum of three months – though the recovery period could be twice that.

A source close to the star told us: "This is the worst thing that could have happened to Katie.

"She has spent all night in A&E in agony with a hairline crack through both of her heels.

"The pain is excruciating – but she has a bigger nightmare to come, trying to look after five children while unable to walk."

Katie later posted the picture of her bandaged feet to Instagram, writing at the time: "Yes it’s true I have broken my ankles and my feet , I have to have both feet operated on and pins put in been told I won’t be able to walk for 3 to 6 months."

She then heaped praise on her Love Island beau for his support, adding: "@carljwoods is being amazing looking after me ❤️❤️ #reallove #bestgentleman #wordscantdecribemyloveforhim #hismyworld🌍"

The disaster came just one day after Katie and Carl were seen looking loved-up on the romantic break in Turkey – and had previously been excited to go abroad with the hunk for their first holiday together.

It has been a terrible year for Katie with her eldest son Harvey, 18, being rushed into intensive care and hospitalised for ten days.

And last week, she was left devastated when Princess's dog Rolo died in a tragic accident at home.

The star is also building a 'panic room' and has employed security to live with her after multiple break ins at her home.

Katie was left devastated when intruders broke into her mansion earlier this month but luckily she wasn't there – as she's renting a place down the road while the £1.3m Sussex property is renovated.
