Three people, including two cops, were injured when an SUV driver with unauthorized lights and sirens slammed into a marked NYPD patrol car in Brooklyn on Thursday night, sources said.

The driver of the black Ford Explorer, a 29-year-old man, sped around traffic into an oncoming lane before crashing into a police vehicle at the intersection of Coney Island Avenue and Foster Avenue in Kensington at about 7:30 p.m., according to sources.

After the initial impact, the SUV, which did not have license plates, rolled into a light pole, knocking it down, sources said.

Two officers in the car, which had its lights on, were injured and hospitalized, sources said.

The SUV driver was also injured, and video showed him lying bloodied on the street before medical help arrived.

The man uttered to responding officers that he was on his way to pick up food when he crashed, sources said.

Sources said the driver, who is Jewish, is not affiliated with any of the community’s first responder groups.

He has a history of reckless driving, with dozens of moving violations and 13 previous accidents, sources said.

“He’s a goddamn menace!” said a source.

The man’s latest driving ticket was for speeding in a 2019 Toyota, sources said.

In connection to Thursday night’s crash, sources said the man is expected to be charged.
