Seven reputedly high-ranking members of the bloodthirsty Trinitarios street gang were busted Tuesday on charges of racketeering and murder.
The charges stem in part from the 2013 Bronx slayings of Michael Beltre and Rafael Alam, according to court papers.
The men are alleged to belong to the gang’s “Sunset” chapter, a nation-wide subset that operates out of Brooklyn, Manhattan and the Bronx.
The take-down was a coordinated effort between the Drug Enforcement Administration, Homeland Security, New York State Police and NYPD, authorities said.
Three of the men are expected to appear in Manhattan federal court later Tuesday.
