I’m A Celeb’s Simon Gregson leaves ITV’s Ant and Dec in hysterics with innuendo blunder

Simon Gregson left I'm A Celebrity hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly in hysterics as he discussed eating a cow's vagina during a trial.

On Sunday night's finale episode of the grisly ITV series, which saw Danny Miller walk away as the winner, the Coronation Street star ate a goat tongue and a cow's vagina as he took part in the Frightening Feast trial.

And the food challenge certainly made the 47 year old's list when asked by the hosting duo about the worst things he had to do while on the show.

"Worst thing? You know probably drinking that pig's bum, cow's anus, wasn't it?" Simon recalled before being probed by Ant: "And the cow's vagina wasn't great?"

Hesitating, Simon acknowledged: "The cow's vagina wasn't the best I've had…I don't know what to say."

His comments left Ant and Dec and the production crew in hysterics as Simon sheepishly laughed himself.

Viewers at home were also left tickled by his comments, with one tweeting: "Simon saying the cow's vagina wasn't the best he's ever had is going in the i'm a celeb history books."

""The cow's vagina wasn't the best I've had" love Simon he is hilarious #ImACeleb," another added.

A third wrote: "The cow's vagina isn't the best I've had" – Simon Gregson 2021," alongside a crying with laughter emoji.

In a show first, Simon ate goat tongue and a cow's vagina during the gruesome Trial in a bid to win main courses for Frankie Bridge and Danny Miller for the final dinner.

Talking about being in the final ahead of the Trial, Simon said: "Wow, you know, got down to the final three, so obviously been making the right trumping noises," referencing his flatulence in the castle.

The soap legend also revealed what his final meal choice was, lamb chops and mash with a side of peppercorn sauce, he said: "I've been hankering after peppercorn sauce."

Later in the episode, Danny was crowned the winner of I'm A Celebrity 2021.

Frankie, 32, finished in third place as she celebrated finishing further than husband Wayne, who competed on the ITV show in 2016, and ended in fifth place.

While Simon came in second place as he celebrated his time on the show and said he "had a laugh" in the castle.

Danny, who welcomed his newborn son, Albert, with fiancée Steph Jones in October, was left speechless when he was announced as the winner as he exclaimed: "I can't believe it, so sick! I am speechless for once."
