Jacqueline Jossa has vowed to start eating healthily after she revealed that overindulging in food and not working out was beginning to get to her.
The mum-of-two, who shared a cute snap of her lookalike daughters, took to Instagram to candidly open up to her followers about how she was feeling.
Posting on her Instagram stories, the 28 year old said: "I need to start working out and eating better.
"I know it's January and everyone starts off January with a bang but I literally have done o and it's getting to me now."

Attempting to see the positive side of it, Jacqueline wrote: "Tomorrow I have to sort it out. Even if it's something little."
The former Eastenders star expressed her difficulty in trying to eat healthily as she is constantly picking at her children's leftover food.
She explained: "They have like chips, nuggets and beans and leave half of it and then I end up wolfing it down because I'm hungry."

The next morning, Jacqueline reflected on her posts on Saturday night and defiantly said she was going to get into a good routine and urged her followers to join her.
"Lockdown is hard and you have to be honest. And if I'm not honest with you guys, you always know that somethings up…
"Monday I'm going to come with some energy. I'm going to try and do a tiny workout of like 15 minutes. I'm not going to push myself.
"I'm going to do a walk. I'm going to smash homeschooling, and I'm going to eat healthy. Who's with me?" she asked.
The busy mum, who said she was at her lowest shortly before going on I'm A Celebrity, previously embarked on a new diet ahead of her West End debut.
She took to Instagram to tell her fans she was using a meal prep company for pre-made meals.

Jacqueline explained: "Guys, I have started my meal prep again after being constantly on the go and on the move I just need to sort it out, sort it out, sort it out. I was really enjoying it before.
"This meal company is called Lionprep it's the best one I have ever used, it's so gorgeous and tastes unebelievable," she divulged.
"It is really easy to take out and about when I am busy on the West End – terrifyingly – it is good to have something easy on the go.
"Super healthy, low carbs. I want to feel better about myself so just thought I would keep you updated about that."
