Katie Price ‘faces court AGAIN tomorrow over £3.2million debt repayment’ – as she waits to learn if she’ll be jailed for breaching a restraining order
Katie Price reportedly faces court again tomorrow over her £3.2million debt repayment.
The glamour model, 44, appears on the listing for the Royal Courts of Justice in London on Tuesday, according to The Sun.
She is currently facing a probe into how she funds her ‘luxury lifestyle’ despite being ordered to millions of pounds of debts accrued by her company Jordan Trading Ltd.

Earlier this year a source claimed Price, who was declared bankrupt in 2019 and ordered £12,000 a month to settle her debts, had ‘not been engaging fully in paying creditors’.
It comes as she was warned last month that she faces jail after she pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order by calling ex-husband Kieran Hayler’s fiancée a ‘gutter s**g’.
It is not known if she will attend the hearing at 10.30am on Tuesday in person for her debt repayment hearing.
The probe comes as she is reportedly earning hundreds of thousands of pounds in brand deals and a reported £45,000 for her Mucky Mansion show on Channel 4.

A source previously told The Mirror trustees were ‘casting the net far and wide to assess how much money is coming into Katie’s coffers’ and were preparing a dossier of deals Price had made ahead of her hearing.
Jordan Trading Ltd was set up by Price in 2003 to oversee the star’s perfume and makeup lines, but in 2017 an application was put in to wind up the company as Price tried to sort out her finances.
The mother-of-five was declared bankrupt in 2019. She vowed to pay back £12,000 a month to creditors of the firm through an individual voluntary arrangement.
The bankruptcy meant Price, once worth a reported £45million, faced losing her £2million 11-bedroom mansion.

She took out a second mortgage on the property in 2015, but faced monthly payments of £12,300.
Price was hit with a repossession order on the property in November last year.
Sources told The Sun at the time that she has failed to repay a debt of more than £500,000 on the property.
Following years of incomplete renovations, the house was nicknamed the ‘mucky mansion’ with Price even showcasing the extent of the mess on her reality series My Crazy Life.

This year Channel 4 confirmed the release of Price’s new documentary ‘Mucky Mansion’ would go ahead as planned.
The new show follows Price as she tries to repair the house which has been in disarray after various mishaps, including fly tipping, floods and a fire.
Last year the former glamour model was also handed a 16-week suspended sentence and two-year driving ban for flipping her uninsured BMW X5 into a hedge while disqualified and under the influence on a country lane near her home in West Sussex on September 28.
Price was handed a suspended prison sentence because she complied with a requirement to attend the £6,800-a-week rehab centre.
It comes as she wait to hear if she will go to jail for breaching a restraining order.
The mother-of-five was arrested on January 21 on suspicion of breaking her restraining order against Michelle Penticost with a foul-mouthed text to her ex.
The message read: ‘Tell your c****ng w**** piece of s*** girlfriend not to start on me.
‘She has a restraining order so shouldn’t try antagonise me as she is in breach and I’m sure she doesn’t want people knowing that she was having an affair with you behind my back. That gutter s***.’
Katie, who was joined by current partner Carl Woods at Lewes Crown Court, was later charged with breaching a restraining order but pleaded not guilty on April 27 and requested a crown court trial.

However, she pleaded guilty and was told by Judge Stephen Mooney that she was ‘at risk of receiving an immediate custodial sentence’.
It was previously suggested she could face five years in jail if she had been found to have breached the order.
Katie’s lawyer Nicholas Hamblin said the star should avoid jail again because only the words ‘tell your’ were a breach of the restraining order.
He said: ‘Were it not for those two words in the message this would not be a breach.’

Katie, who was released on bail, will be sentenced for breaching the restraining on on June 24.
She was handed the five-year restraining order on June 3, 2019 banning her from contacting Penticost directly or indirectly.
The order came after Katie hurled a foul-mouthed ‘tirade of abuse’ at her during a row in a school playground.
Her lawyer added: ‘It is very telling in this case that there is a great deal of background information which will need to be placed before the court.
‘Much of it is in a therapist’s report and the court would need to be updated about her current situation and indeed the matters which have taken up so much of her time and other people’s time over quite a number of years.
‘You will notice she has been subject to conditions of a suspended sentence. Part of my function will be to seek to persuade the court that in this case, because of the mitigation available it will be unjust to activate that suspended sentence.’
After allegedly sending foul-mouthed texts to ex Kieran, Katie was arrested at her home by officers at around 5.45pm on January 21 and taken to Worthing police station.
After a 12-hour interrogation she was released, though not before officers confiscated her phone, which they examined for evidence.
Flanked a female security guard, she stood in the dock of Court 1 and smiled as her fiancee sat behind her in court.
Asked how she pleaded to a single charge of breaching the order the former glamour model replied: ‘Guilty.’
Nicholas Hamblin, defending, told the court the case against her rested on two words ‘Tell your…’ which constituted an indirect message to Miss Penticost.
He said he would be placing a great deal of personal information about Price in front of the court as part of his mitigation.
Judge Stephen Mooney told Price: ‘Clearly you have accepted for an offence and pleaded guilty and you are aware you committed the offence while on a suspended sentence and are at risk of going to prison.’
He said she would be released on bail until sentencing next month while reports were drawn up. But he warned her she would then be ‘at risk of receiving an immediate custodial sentence’.
