Keeping Up with the Kardashians favourite Kim Kardashian has reportedly requested a judge “make her single ASAP”.
The reality star, 41, has said to have requested the divorce from her ex Kanye West to be pushed through as his Instagram posts are hurting her emotionally and she wants the former couple to be able to co-parent their four children in a healthy manner.
American publication TMZ reveals court documents of Kim telling the judge: “I very much desire to be divorced.”
The mum-of-four reportedly stated in the documents that she has asked Kanye, 44, to keep their personal matters about their split private, but he “has not done so”.
She continued: “Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private matters and co-parenting on social media which has created emotional distress.”
The SKIMS founder also spoke out about her ex’s previous fling, regarding Kanye’s reported request that she gives up any marital privileges with future spouses when it comes to custody of the former couple’s four children, as “unprecedented” and the reality favourite has accused her ex of “preventing or making it difficult for her to remarry”.
Kim continued: “While I wish our marriage would have succeeded, I have come to the realisation that there is no way to repair our marriage. Kanye does not agree but at least it appears that he has come to the realisation that I want to end our marriage, even if he does not.”
The brunette beauty added that she needs to be single in order to "begin the healing process and so that our family can begin the healing process and move forward in this new chapter of our lives".
OK! has contacted a representative for Kim for comment.
The former couple welcomed their first child North, eight, in 2013, before going on to tie the knot in an incredible ceremony held in Florence, Italy.
In the years that followed, Kim and Kanye, dubbed Kimye, welcomed three more children, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and Psalm, two, and cemented themselves as one of the most famous couples of recent years.

While their marriage had always appeared unbreakable, in 2020 rumours thatthe pair were experiencing marital issuesbegan circulating, and after a year of speculation,Kim officially filed for divorce in February 2021 .
It was confirmed that Kim had officially filed for divorce from the rapper, and had asked for joint and legal custody of their four children, North West, eight, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and Psalm West two.
