Lauren Goodger left devastated as ‘pal moves in with her ex Charles Drury’ – just months after he was arrested and bailed for ‘attacking’ the star on the day of her baby daughter’s funeral
Lauren Goodger has reportedly been left devastated after one of her friends began dating her ex-boyfriend Charles Drury.
The former TOWIE star, 36, split from the builder, 25, in summer, with a source having told MailOnline that Lauren believed he had been cheating on her.
The couple’s breakup followed the tragic loss of their baby daughter Lorena, with Lauren allegedly assaulted on the day of her child’s funeral. Charles was later arrested and bailed following the incident.

According to The Sun, Lauren’s pal Jacqueline Johnson took in Charles after he was bailed following his arrest and they have been living together since.
A source told the publication: ‘Lauren was baffled when Jacqueline took Charlie in at first but now it all makes sense. She had her suspicions and has since been told Charlie and Jacqueline are dating.
‘Lauren feels devastated and betrayed by Jacqueline because she considered her a close friend.’

They added: ‘Lauren is holding her head high and does not want to be associated with Jacqueline ever again.’
MailOnline has contacted Lauren’s representatives for comment.
Last month, Lauren enjoyed a romantic day date with a wealthy mystery businessman, as exclusively revealed by the MailOnline.
The source said that the new suitor was ‘making her feel confident again’ after her last relationship and that she has now begun to ‘heal’ from the past.

It comes after a difficult period of time for Lauren who tragically lost her newborn daughter Lorena as well as the death of her ex-boyfriend Jake McLean – who lost his life when his car plunged 70ft off a cliff in Turkey in July.

The reality star was left ‘unrecognisable’ following an alleged attack which led to the arrest of her boyfriend Charles on their day of their baby’s funeral.
Lauren, who is said to have suffered a fractured eye socket during the alleged assault, is believed to staying with a friend after Charles was released on bail.

As she moves on from her traumatic year, Lauren has put her £624,000 Essex home up for rent, just over a year after purchasing it with her now ex boyfriend Charles.
The former TOWIE star is asking for £2,300 a month for the plush four bedroom pad which she moved into in August 2021.
Lauren and her daughter LaRose, 15 months, who she shares with Charles, have continued living in the house since the couple’s split.
Lauren’s semi-detached abode is being offered unfurnished for a long-term rent.

Current listings include a garden furniture set which Lauren explains is worth £4,000 but she is offering for £2,000, adding it has ‘never been sat on.’
