Loose Women became Loose Men for just the second time in 21 years on Thursday, but impressed viewers are calling for it to become a regular spin-off.
The hit ITV chat show welcomed an all-male panel as part of Mental Health Awareness Week, where they talked about issues affecting men, and fans loved it so much that they have asked for Loose Men to become permanent.
Richard Madeley headed up the panel alongside Jordan Banjo, Martin Kemp and Robert Rinder, discussing everything from male fashion to toxic masculinity.
Martin opened up on his and son Roman's struggles to understand their friend Joe Lyons' death in an emotional chat about male suicide.
Jordan revealed his parenting approach to guard against toxic masculinity for his son, Richard spoke about having overcome bullying, and Robert talked about his past feelings of shame.
The panel also discussed their views on body confidence and whether flirting was cheating in a relationship.
Loose Men won praise from viewers, who called for it to replace the main Loose Women show once a week.
One person tweeted: " #loosemen should be weekly. A Friday every week. A bit of a jazz up of the show #LooseWomen "
Another viewer wrote: " #LooseWomen#loosemen can this be a permanent feature, such a breath of fresh air, the content is fabulous, even if it just gets men talking, well done guys."
Someone else commented: "Great viewing, really would love to see @ITV bringing this to our screens more regularly, it’s needed and is balanced #loosemen "
Praising the show's different approach, one viewer tweeted: "I love how open and honest #LooseMen are on tackling issues such as suicide and bullying. It’s refreshing to see men speaking about their feelings in an honest and frank way."
The first time Loose Men debuted on our screens was in November, to mark International Men's Day.
Martin's son Roman was on the panel alongside Marvin Humes, Iain Stirling and Ronan Keating.
