The internet has decided that there’s ~drama~ between Lala Kent and Megan Fox (random, but go with it) based on Lala posting a photo of herself entirely covering Megan’s head on a Midnight in the Switchgrass poster set up at the film’s premiere.
Both Megan and Machine Gun Kelly were missing from the premiere of the film (despite meeting on set!), which Lala’s fiancé Randall Emmett directed. Megan’s rep explained her absence to Variety, saying “Due to the recent California mask mandate and rise of COVID cases, Megan Fox will no longer be attending the premiere tonight. We appreciate your understanding.”
Fair enough, but the internet largely thinks Lala is making her displeasure known by covering Megan’s face in her Insta post. The post has since been deleted, but can be seen in all its previous glory on @unverifiedreport.

Randall Emmett previously told Us Weekly how much chemistry Megan and MGK had on set, saying “As a director, and purely from an artistic point of view, their chemistry was unreal. I mean, you can see … he’s an incredible actor, she’s an incredible actor. … That in itself is a win. Clearly, there was chemistry. Clearly, there was a connection … but I was looking at it from a direction point of view and I was like, ‘Man, I’m a genius.’ Like, ‘They’re great! I’m so good at this!’”
Thus far, Lala hasn’t commented on speculation that she’s upset Megan and MGK didn’t attend the premiere, but stay tuned.
