This Morning's Sarah Jossel has revealed she is pregnant with a baby girl and she is due to arrive at the end of 2022.
The beauty correspondent made the announcement via Instagram where she admitted to being nervous and petrified, as well as grateful and excited.
Posting a black and white snap of herself holding her baby bump she informed her fans of the good news.
Sarah wrote: "Equal parts over the moon, grateful, nervous, excited – and petrified (hello hormones!) for the next chapter. Our baby girl is due to arrive at the end of the year."
The ITV star also told her 68,000 followers that she has been experiencing cravings which have taken her "right back to the 90's".
She continued: "Also taking a moment to discuss that my pregnancy cravings / sickness have taken me right back to the 90’s.
"It’s been Capri sun, Nesquik, Coco Pops, repeat for months now! Here are just some of the images my family were lucky enough to receive through the long nights."
Sarah shared several hilarious snaps of her tucking into everything from cereal to popcorn and scrambled eggs on toast to ice cream.
Her fans swamped the comments section with their congratulations, with one person writing: "WAHOOOOO! So happy for you, she’s one lucky baby girlie. Weetos are a top tier craving."
A second wrote: "Congratulations! Such fabulous news!!!"
Meanwhile, others couldn't ignore her "exceptional menu", with one person commenting: "An exceptional menu if you ask me! Congratulations Sarah and what a lucky little girl you have on the way!"
Another person said they had a similar cravings experience, saying: "All I could eat for all 3 pregnancies was crunchy nut cornflakes kids turned out fine – I think ! Congratulations darling."
Despite her happy news. the This Morning presenter came under fire from viewers on Wednesday, 20 July for her segment on hair botox.
The treatment has been reported to make your hair look younger but Sarah explained that hair botox costs around £200-300 and only lasts around three to six months.
But with the rising cost of living viewers felt the segment was insensitive and many rushed to Twitter air their thoughts.
Posting on Twitter, one person commented: “With the finger on the pulse of the nation. Major cost of living crisis, people ringing in tears about it and they’re banging on about hair treatments at £200+. @ThisMorning why?”
Another viewer said: "#ThisMorning this is insane. We are in a cost of living crisis and you’re promoting 300 quid hair."
A third wrote: "#ThisMorning I thought we were in a cost of living crisis."
