The Only Way is Essex star Georgia Kousoulou has opened up on her struggle and determination to try and be a “perfect” mum with an honest post on her Instagram page.
Georgia welcomed her baby son Brody with boyfriend Tommy Mallet in May.
The 30 year old reality star told her fans she’d been struggling with self-doubt as a new parent and wanted to be perfect all the time, but was finally realising the importance of taking care of herself too.
Georgia posted an image detailing the trials and tribulations of dealing with a newborn, as the thoughtful star told fans she needed and deserved to be “kind” to herself.
It began: “Being a new mum is such a transition and it is so empowering to become a mum, but there are also many challenges,”
“Just remind yourself, every minute, every day, to be kind to yourself,” the poignant message from Gootay little treats concluded.
Georgia then captioned the post: “I never have strived for perfection until I had Brody, now all I want is for everything to be right & perfect.
"Some days I am finding myself self doubting & driving myself mad. I'm striving for routines & getting upset when I don’t know what to do,” the beauty continued.

"It’s taken me a McDonald’s & a min to myself to realise I need to be kind to myself & realise being me is good enough,” George joked.
“I hope other mummies out there know we are all in the same boat.”
Brooke Vincent was one of the first to comment on Georgia’s powerful post, as she encouraged her friend and industry colleague.
“You’ve got this,” the Corrie actress wrote next to a series of red heart emojis.

Fellow TOWIE star Shelby Tribble praised: “You are doing an amazing job Brody is so content and happy and loved.”

Georgia has been open about her journey with baby Brody, often sharing snaps feeding him into the wee hours.
“3am mummas im with ya. Monkey doing the night feed with me!” she wrote in one recent caption alongside a snap holding the infant and her gorgeous pooch on her lap.
