A KEEN shopper found herself getting carried away in H&M Home after discovering one of their standalone stores in her local town.
And she said she was so impressed with what she found on the shop’s shelves that she got a great haul – despite not having a home to decorate.
Social media’s @vickaboox was browsing the high street in her hometown of Milton Keynes when she spotted H&M Home in the distance.
She decided to check it out and filmed the whole thing for her 802.9k TikTok followers to see so they could follow in her footsteps.
@vickaboox told them: “Milton Keynes is doing bits – since when was there a H&M home in my local shopping centre?
“I don’t even own a home yet so I’m really going to have to show some self-control.”

However, moments later @vickaboox had decided to throw caution to the wind and started to pack things into her shopping basket.
As she held up a pretty pink and orange plate, she continued: “Yeah, forget that, look at these little plates – they’re so cute I got two.”
Vick then reached for a “gorgeous” bright pink tray that’s ideal for Spring and Summer – and added that to her increasing haul too.
Giving into buying things, she joked: “It’s not a want, it’s a need.”

And she didn’t stop there.
Instead, Vick stocked up on various other items from home accessories like candle holders to prosecco glasses.
She continued: “There were so many different funky candle holders, I chose this one.”
She then held up a simple perspex pink holder
Vick also admitted she was “a sucker for trinket trays” so couldn’t resist picking a small cream one up.
As she added it to her purchases, she quipped: “At this point, I’ve got more trinket trays than I’ve actually got trinkets.
“But I did treat myself to another one because this one is so pretty and it made me happy.”

Other items that put a smile on her face included a gold cake server, as she said it’d be something she needed when she had her own place.
And, despite trying to not give into temptation, she ended up going back to the same spot and picking up some similar gold cake forks.
She also bagged what she described as “the cutest thing I’ve ever seen” as she held up a patterned mosaic cup.
While the glassware section also delivered, and she took home a pretty prosecco glass.
Once she’d had her fill in the kitchen department, Vick continued to the bathroom and garden and plant section.
She said: “The garden section is absolutely beautiful – I fell in love with a gold watering can.
“However, the final item that I had to pick up was a gorgeous clear vase,” she said, clutching the transparent, ribbed medium sized vase.

As went to pay, Vick also said she couldn’t believe she’d been so sucked in by the shop.
She concluded: “So, yeah, that was me spending money on décor for a house, rather than saving my money to buy the house…”
