A MOM has come under fire for leaving her baby unsupervised while she takes a shower.
New mom Zoe Coombs posted a video in which she revealed: “The only way I’m able to take a shower in peace. Works every time.”
In the clip, the infant is seen lying down in a lounger placed on top of the mother’s bed.
The baby is enthralled as he watches animated dancing avocados on the television screen.
Zoe captioned the clip: “Obsessed with dancing veggies.”
Although the video received over 5M views, much of the feedback in the comments section questioned Zoe’s parenting style.
“Until he rolls off the bed. Please, please don’t do this,” one person urged.
“Totally all for the watching tv, not all for the laying on the bed unsupervised thing though,” added another.
A third shared her own experience with her child: “Put him closer to the middle of the bed.
"They learn to roll when you least expect it. Mine rolled off the couch, I thought she broke.”

Zoe fired back at some people who tried to shame her in the comments, writing: “I supervise him while he’s on the bed.
"If I’m not in the room, I put him in a safe spot! He’s fine where he is.”
Other moms also came to her defense.
“TikTok has made me realize how many mom-shamers are out just breathing my air,” one person wrote.
