A GYMGOER has exposed herself to prove that social media can be deceiving.
Gracie Collis (gracie_collis) gave followers a boost of self-confidence when she showed the noticeable difference in how her glutes look from different angles.
In a TikTok video, the fitness guru sports a pair of red spandex and an oversized t-shirt as she reveals that poses can alter the appearance of ones body.
Collis first strikes a pose with one leg in front of the other, head turned over her shoulder, diagonal from the mirror, displaying what looks to be perfectly toned glutes.
The overlay text reads: "A** that looks like this also looks like …"
In the next frame, she is standing completely upright and facing away from the mirror.
"From the back…" the overlay says—this time, the shapeliness of her glutes is less noticeable.
The caption reads: "Exposing myself here but built up glutes look like a butterfly from the back!"
Followers praised her for preaching body positivity.
One commenter wrote: “Thank you for this because view from behind always makes me self conscious."

“This is sooooo real," another person said.
Someone else added: "I love building my glutes but always wondered why they weren’t like the ones we see online.. This healed my heart."
Aside from Collis, many other influencers have taken to the platform to normalize imperfection.
One Tiktoker encouraged followers to be more accepting of their cellulite, "cutie tummys", and touching thighs.
Another woman grew to love her lower belly pouch after initially wanting to get rid of it.
"You know that little bump at the bottom of your tummy?" she asked.
"I grew up wanting to get rid of this pouch and I only found out what it is at 25 years old — I've seen a few people saying this is actually your uterus."
