HAVE YOU ever heard of a wedding that actually went smoothly?
Yeah, this bride-to-be shared how she carefully chose her bridal party so there would be no drama – but lost a friend along the way.
A woman, who has gone viral on TikTok, posted the story of how one of her bridesmaids tried to steal her fiance out of spite.
She began her story by prefacing that she and her fiance were close friends with another married couple.
Sadly, the couple got a divorce and are no longer on speaking terms.
Fast-forward to their own wedding planning, the bride picks the woman to join her in the bridal party, while the ex-husband was simply a guest.
"We were going to talk to him to see if he wouldn't come but he was at least owed a conversation since my fiance was his best man," she explained.
Reasonable enough, right?

Not for the ex-wife.
"She was fine with this arrangement in the beginning, but for the last five months, she has come up with every excuse that she can think of as a reason why he shouldn't be invited to our wedding," she continued.
Seeing as she could not get her way, the bridesmaid turned on the couple and told them she felt betrayed by them and would no longer be appearing at the wedding.
But she later escalated things when she allegedly went behind the bride's back and told the groom that the bride no longer loved him and had not loved him for months at that point.
"She did not stop there, she had to keep going. She told my fiance that she cares for him, how he deserves the best, but she was emphasizing how much she cares for him," she claimed.
"So not only did she try to come between us, but now she's trying to get at my fiance! I was not having it.
"I texted her, ended our friendship, and asked her to return our house keys.
"Moral of the story: good friends don't try to come between a relationship and when people try to come between you and your partner, don't let them.
"We grew stronger because of our drama and it really backfired for her."
In an update video, the bride admitted that her friend did return their key – as well as her bridal shower invitation and their old Christmas cards.
