Geordie Shore starVicky Pattisonhas revealed her plans to freeze her eggs because she doesn’t want to rush her boyfriend, Ercan Ramadan, into having children.
The 34 year old revealed she is planning to spend £10,000 on egg freezing to buy her more time before having children.
Vicky, 34, and Ercan have been going out for three years but, with Ercan being six years her junior, she admitted that the pair “aren’t ready” to become parents yet.

Vicky Pattison told Vogue Williams on her The Secret To podcast: “I know I should probably get a move on and I can't remember who I was speaking to really recently, but the penny dropped, and I'm definitely going to freeze my eggs in [January] because I'm just still not there y'know."
The star also discussed how she believes women freezing their eggs is a “basic human right”, and that people shouldn’t have to fork out thousands of pounds to do it.
She added: “They really do have your eyes out for this process, don't they? It's like, 'You want to cheat biology, you think you're bigger than mother nature? Give us £10,000', and I'm thinking, 'F**k off, this should be a basic human right, mate'.”
Amy Hart
Former Love Island star, Amy Hart, 29, has been open with fans about her egg freezing experience in the hopes of demystifying the process and had some better news to share this time with fans this time.
The star shared how she was “upset but thankful” after her egg freezing process was a success, even though it resulted in less frozen eggs than she’d hoped.
Posting three photos of herself – one of her before the procedure, one during and one after – Amy can be seen smiling as she told fans she now has 12 eggs “in the freezer”, after she previously went on a healthy eating and fitness regime to get her body in top shape for the collection.
Rita Ora
Back in 2017 on an Australian chat show Rita Ora revealed that she had completed the procedure in her early twenties, on recommendation from her doctor.
In her words: “He said, ‘You’re healthy now and it would be great; why not put them away and then you never have to worry about it again?’”
Kourtney Kardashian
In 2018, Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian decided to freeze her eggs to ensure she will be able to have more children in the future.
The then 39 year old admitted she was freezing her eggs for safety because she can’t make up her mind about having children.
Kim Kardashian's oldest sister explained how she’d been injecting herself with hormones ahead of the process.
Speaking on the family's reality show, she said: “I’ve been so up and down emotionally because I’ve been doing the shots for the egg freezing. It’s like crazy. I feel like I want to jump out of my skin. I’m so crazy, I can’t take it.”
Now, engaged to Travis Barker, the decision could prove useful in the not so distant future.
Emma Roberts
Emma Roberts froze her eggs prior to getting pregnant with her ex partner, actor Garrett Hedlund.
The then 29 year old actress opened up about her pregnancy, fertility concerns, and experience in an interview with Cosmopolitan.
Emma said she was advised to freeze her eggs after a doctor informed her she had undiagnosed endometriosis.
"When I found out about my fertility, I was kind of stunned," she said. "It felt so permanent, and oddly, I felt like I had done something wrong."
Dr Zoe Williams
This Morning's Dr Zoe Williams previously spoke out about her own decision to freeze her egss, explaining that as a "single-ish" woman, who definitely wanted children, she felt the procedure was necessary.
Dr Zoe previously wrote in a column for Marie Claire: "I paid thousands of pounds to freeze my eggs, storing seven in total, which was deemed to be 'not bad, for my age'.
"How do I feel about my decision? I just wish I’d done it sooner; the difference in both the number and the quality of your eggs aged 30 compared to eight years later is hugely significant."
Dr Zoe gave birth to a son, Lisbon Lion, last year age 41. She shares the adorable tot with her partner Stuart McKay.
Jess Wright
Jess Wright revealed that she’d frozen her eggs after she feared that she might be going through early menopause.
The former The Only Way is Essex star who married William Lee-Kemp in a stunning ceremony in Mallorca, Spain last year decided to begin the egg freezing process as her mother, Carol, 61, went through menopause at 41 years old, which was similar to her late grandmother’s experience as well.
The 36 year old told Grazia, “I haven't gone into menopause now, but I was getting sweats in the night so bad.
“I knew that it was a symptom so I was really, really panicking myself and spiralling into this ditch of I'm going through menopause, or I'm going to start, and then I was worrying if we're going to be able to have children.”
Jess, now 36, is currently pregnant and expecting a baby boy later this year.
