Dubbed Disney+ premium all UK subscribers were moved over and expected to pay £10.99 a month instead of £7.99 from November 1.
However, at the same time, Disney also launched an add-free Disney+ Standard tier for £7.99 a month and an ad-based tier priced at £4.99 a month.
All new customers pay the following rates if they have signed up for the streaming service since November 1:
- Disney+ standard (with Ads) – £4.99 a month
- Disney+ standard (without Ads) – £7.99 a month (or £79.90 annually)
- Disney+ premium – £10.99 a month (or £109.90 annually)
Existing customers were automatically switched over to the premium tier on November 1.
To have prevented being charged the new £10.99 fee, they would have needed to initiate a move to a cheaper subscription before December 6.
After this date, these customers were billed the new pricing from their next billing cycle.

It limits the number of concurrent streams to two per account.
