Influencer Ivey Cross has claimed eating bee pollen has made her breasts grow larger. She posted a video to her TikTok with a bee pollen drink in one hand and bee pollen supplements in the other.
Ivey claimed that the latter made her breasts larger after only several weeks of use — a claim that has made some fans run to a health foods store to acquire bee pollen. She wrote: “I think bee pollen made my (cherry emoji) grow.”
Ivey told her fans: “I eat it on yogurt! I also made a mocktail with it 🙂 maybe 1-2 teaspoons.”
Fans were enthralled. One wrote: “I will literally eat it today.”
Another claimed pumpkin seed oil made their breasts larger, writing: “Okay I’m not 100% sure but I think mine grew bc of ive been taking pumpkin seed oil capsules since March.”

Can bee pollen make your breasts grow?
It seems that any changes bee pollen might make to breast size, if any at all, would be temporary.
Dr. Karan Raj, who has 5.2 million TikTok followers and is known for videos that demystify bogus health claims perpetuated on the app, said that bee pollen was indeed rich in phytoestrogens — estrogen-like compounds that are also found in soybeans and other legumes.
Estrogen does influence breast size, but a dose of phytoestrogens, according to Dr. Raj, would only cause temporary fluctuations: with breasts reverting to their original size after the compound left the body.
While scientists can’t currently confirm any long-lasting benefits of bee pollen, a few studies looked into it reducing the side effects of radiation therapy for cancer, PMS symptoms, and an enlarged prostate in males.
As with any dietary supplement, which is more loosely regulated by the FDA than prescription medicine, the apparent wonders of bee pollen have to be taken with a large grain of salt.
More studies have to be carried out before bee pollen supplements can be directly linked to positive health outcomes or even cosmetic ones, like enlarged breasts.
