Mandy Moore is going to be a mother of two.
The “This Is Us” alum, 38, revealed on Friday that she is pregnant, expecting a second son with husband Taylor Goldsmith.
“One incredibly seminal chapter of my life just ended,” the actress wrote via Instagram, referencing the NBC show’s May finale after six seasons.
“The next one, as a mother of two, is about to start … and are we ever so deeply grateful and excited,” Moore went on to write. “Baby Boy Goldsmith #2 coming this fall! Tour is gonna be slightly different than I expected but I can’t wait.”
The actress posted a photo of her and the 36-year-old musician’s son, August, 1, in a “Big Brother” shirt, calling him the “best” future sibling.
“Ahhhhhh congratulations!!! So happy for you!” Moore’s pal Claire Holt commented on the post.
Goldsmith shared the same picture, writing, “Gus is gonna be the best big brother. @mandymooremm is gonna be the best MomOf2.”
The Dawes frontman concluded, “There’s a good chance I’m the happiest, luckiest person you know (or just follow) and now we’re gonna double it.”
The couple became parents in February 2021. Moore revealed her pregnancy news five months prior.
“Baby boy Goldsmith coming early 2021,” she captioned her September 2020 baby bump debut.
The “A Walk to Remember” star has been vocal with her followers about the ups and downs of parenting ever since.

“Sometimes [I have] unrealistic expectations of what I should be able to do, and I’m trying not to carry that with me into motherhood,” Moore told her Instagram followers in a July 2021 Live. “I just didn’t really recognize the worries, the fears, the sense of responsibility that is so ever present moving forward once you become a mom.”
Four months later, the Emmy nominee admitted she initially felt “clumsy and awkward” taking care of her son compared to Goldsmith’s “effortless” skills.
“I felt a lot of shame and a lot of guilt,” she explained to Parents magazine in November 2021. “But … suddenly, we glided into a new phase and Gus preferred me to my husband. And it’s going to change again. It’s a roller-coaster.”
