Allison DuBois, the medium who famously predicted the demise of Kyle Richards’ relationship with Mauricio Umansky, feels vindicated.
After Page Six confirmed on Monday that the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star and her real estate tycoon husband were splitting up after 27 years of marriage, DuBois took to her Instagram for a little “I told you so” moment.
“I don’t wish Kyle ill. I hope she finds what she’s looking for,” the New York Times bestselling author captioned an episodic of her brief yet impactful cameo on Season 1 of the Bravo reality show. “I guess I’m the only one who ‘saw’ this coming.”
“People kept telling me I was picking up on Camille [Grammer]’s divorce, NOT Kyle,” DuBois continued, urging all the “arm chair psychics” out there to “sit down.”
She appropriately concluded her shady post with: “Mic drop.”
During the 2010 “Dinner Party From Hell” episode, the red-headed psychic puffed on an e-cigarette and sipped on a massive martini as she nonchalantly informed a skeptical Richards — in front of all her co-stars — that her marriage was doomed.
“Have you been married twice?” DuBois asked at the time, to which the actress replied, “Uh-huh.”
“Well then that’s the last one you have. I guess that’s good news!” the “Dead Life” podcast host added with a laugh as she explained to group, “I was thinking she was gonna have to get married again, meaning you’d have a divorce.”

Richards, 54, was married to her first husband, Guraish Aldjufrie, from 1988 to 1992. Together, they had one child: daughter Farrah, 34.
The longtime Bravolebrity then tied the knot with Umansky, 53, in January 1996. The pair went on to welcome daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15.
“If my husband ever leaves me, I’m going with him,” a visibly annoyed Richards told DuBois during the uncomfortable supper, prompting the medium to deliver the historic line: “He will never emotionally fulfill you. Ever. Know that.“
DuBois made sure to clarify that she was referring to “this one,” as in Umansky.
“But you will stay with him, and he will take care of you,” the medium predicted. “And as soon as the kids are bigger, you’ll have nothing in common.”
In the same breath, DuBois encouraged Richards to “put the walls down for the females coming into your life,” which could have foreshadowed the reality star’s recent and highly suspicious relationship with country music singer Morgan Wade.
Though DuBois insists she’s not happy about Richards and Umanksy’s failed union, she’s certainly reveling in having been right.
“I did say when their kids were grown,” she pointed out to Page Six exclusively. “Hopefully, they both find happiness through this difficult time. Kyle has a way of landing on her feet. Maybe she’ll finally give vaping a try.”
