A mum was forced to seek advice in another Facebook group after she was slammed for her "budget" school lunch.
The woman had shared a photo of the meals she prepared for her eight-year-old and nine-year-old for their meals.
In the picture, it showed three triangle-shaped sandwiches on brown bread with a side of carrots, peppers, apple slices and chips.
She also gave her daughters three mini Kinder chocolates as a sweet treat for their school lunch.
But according to the parent, since she was slammed for the meals, she decided to vent about it on another social media group.
Sharing it to Feed Your Family On A Budget, the woman said: "Okay so I got told off in another group."
She added: "Apparently this isn't a substantial lunch for a nine-year-old and eight-year-old.
"It's a budget lunch yes, but I thought it was okay."
Since she shared the photo on the group, around 3,500 Facebook users liked the post and reassured her there was nothing wrong.
One parent said: "The only mothers to slam you for that lunch are jealous ones. Absolutely nothing wrong with it."
Another Facebook user commented: "Yes this is a perfectly acceptable lunch for a kid.
"My eight-year-old and nine-year-old would gobble this up in minutes."
While a third social media fan wrote: "Nothing wrong with that. I would feed my kids this."
And a fourth parent reassured: "Hmmm please ignore the person who said that. It looks perfectly balanced to me."
Meanwhile, this isn't the first time a mum has been shamed for sharing a photo of her child's school lunch.
Previously, a woman was criticised for making an "extremely dangerous" lunch for her toddler.
The snap showed a bird's eye view of the lunchbox, which featured various compartments of tasty snacks.
In the box were fruits, pretzel sticks, nuts and pigs in a blanket with cheese – but it wasn't enough for some people apparently.
