I always end up going along with whatever she wants for a quiet life.
I feel weak and disrespected because I always give in.
But if I don’t, she erupts, becomes angry and makes threats to get her own way.
I know this is learned behaviour because her mum is exactly the same way with her dad. I have had enough but I don’t know how to stand up for myself.
