Victoria Beckham reveals extreme fitness routine that makes her ‘feel physically sick’

While many people often throw in the towel when it comes to making healthy lifestyle choices, this ex-Spice Girl is famed for her ability to dedicate her entire being to health and fitness.

Victoria Beckham has come under scrutiny for the last two decades for her bizarre preferences when it comes to food. While she is known for her beauty regimes and fashion, the mum of four who takes working out to the extreme – and has revealed in an interview with Vogue Australia that her daily routine included two-morning workouts.

So it's no wonder the 47 year old has such a toned physique, glowing skin and glossy hair. Her intense routine takes place in the basement of her lavish Holland Park, London home where she regularly works out at 6:45 am every day.

It's reported that she squeezes in her 30 minute treadmill workout before doing the school run for her youngest child Harper, 10. And after heading back home she does a gruelling weights session with her personal trainer.

While the average person heads straight to work in the morning, Victoria enjoys a pampering session with a glam squad which is a must after she admits to Vogue her morning workouts make her "feel physically sick."

As for her diet, Victoria admits she is "extreme in anything I do", especially when it comes to her much-talked-about eating habits.

The star revealed her favourite dinner is an incredibly basic whole grain toast with salt on top. During an interview with Ruth Rogers on the River Cafe’s Table 4 podcast, she admitted she is every restaurant’s “worst nightmare” because she’ll often ask for bread sprinkled with seasoning.

The mogul hit back at her husband David's revelation that he has been "married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years'"- adding that she rarely deviates from a dinner of grilled fish and steamed vegetables.

"Talk about making me sound boring!," she remarked. "No. What he meant is that he's never met anyone who's more disciplined with the way that they eat."

"I eat lots of healthy fat: fish, avocado, nuts, that sort of thing. I do drink alcohol unless I have a reason not to. I'll detox from anything for three to six months where I won't drink.

"I'm quite extreme in anything I do, whether it's eating or working out or drinking or not drinking," she said.
