Woman compares monument to sex toy and jokes it’s ‘awful shame’ she can’t use it

    A woman left Brits in stitches after she likened a monument to a sex toy – and said it's an 'awful shame' she couldn't use it.

    The Scottish lass, who goes by the name lorne sausage, went viral on TikTok after she filmed her friend's walk through Glasgow Central Station.

    After she came across the iconic 'The Shell' monument, the woman thought it looked rather familiar to something a that is often used for pleasure not pain.

    In a TikTok clip that has racked up 581,000 views, 'lorne sausage' filmed her friend as she walked up to the much-loved 15-inch shell from World War One.

    However, it seemed that the monument is not only 'loved' for its history.

    Cheekily, the woman lip synched the words to 'A Little Priest' from musical Sweeny Todd and mouthed: "Seems a damn right shame."

    She then bent down with her bum facing toward The Shell and continued: "Seems an awful waste."

    "What an awful shame", she claimed in the caption.

    Left in stitches at the naughty clip, many Brits fled to the comments to giggle at the uncanny resemblance the monument has to a naughty toy.

    One person commented: "Central station could be seeing some scenes later."

    Another user giggled: "Swear I've seen this on the Ann Summers website."

    While a third admitted: "Thanks now I'll have this pop into my mind when I walk past."

    Someone else said: "They even got the little ones for before you use the big one."

    Meanwhile, a fifth chuckled: "What size of battery is needed for this??"

    And, this person wrote: "Whole new meaning to 'Bullet Vibe'."

    Although, others found that the skit was 'disrespectful' to the historical piece.

    This user slammed: "Isn’t it a monument? seems a bid disrespectful to be honest."

    A second questioned: "Why the hell did u post this."
