Arsenal star Bukayo Saka 'can play for any team in Europe' – claims Man Utd legend Roy Keane amid sizzling season

MANCHESTER UNITED legend Roy Keane believes Bukayo Saka could play for 'any of the big teams in England and Europe'.

Saka has sparkled for Arsenal this season, scoring seven goals and providing a further four assists in just 23 appearances in all competitions.

The 20-year-old failed to make the difference in the shock 1-0 FA Cup defeat to Nottingham Forest, but did create an excellent goalscoring opportunity for Eddie Nketiah.

And despite firing a blank on Sunday, Keane lauded the England star in the build up to the game.

While on punditry duty for ITV, Keane heaped praise on Saka for both his ability on the pitch, and the way he conducts himself off it.

Keane said: "He can play for any of the big teams in England and Europe.

"I think he’s a special talent. He’s got that ability to beat a man, make something happen.

"And what I like about him, when he speaks, he seems a humble kid so he’s got a chance of becoming a great, great player. He’s got that talent."

His performances have led to rumours linking Saka with a shock move to Liverpool, which reiterate Keane's comments.

The youngster also played a stellar role in England's run to the final of Euro 2020, proving he can mix it with the best on the international stage.

Saka scored seven and provided 10 assists last season, and has kicked on from that this campaign.

He's the second top scorer at Arsenal this term, only bettered by fellow trailblazer Emile Smith Rowe, who has bagged nine in all competitions.

It's led to transfer interest from Liverpool, although a January move seems incredibly unlikely.

Nevertheless, Gunners boss Mikel Arteta has claimed Saka 'should be proud' of the transfer interest.
