BERNARDO SILVA has rejected a move to Tottenham as part of any Harry Kane transfer, according to reports.
The Portuguese ace has instead insisted he wants to move to Spain – with Atletico Madrid said to be keen.
City have made it known to Silva, 27, that he can leave this summer if a suitable bid is made.
And his agent Jorge Mendes has reportedly been in Manchester this week to try and 'find a solution'.
But the former Monaco man has made it quite clear that he has absolutely no desire to play for Spurs, according to the Athletic.
Silva was reportedly part of City's first offer for Kane earlier this summer but Daniel Levy rejected the bid.
Pep Guardiola confirmed Silva is one of three players who are looking to leave the Etihad this summer.
The club have splashed out on Jack Grealish after his £100million signing from Aston Villa.

And Grealish's arrival is likely to affect Silva's game time if he remains in England.
Silva made 26 appearances in the Premier League last season and started in the Champions League final defeat to Chelsea.
The pint-sized ace also made four appearances for Portugal at Euro 2020 as his side were knocked out in the last 16.
Kane meanwhile is still desperate to join the Cityzens.

He held breakfast talks with Nuno Espirito Santo this week.
And he trained alone while his team-mates jetted to Portugal for their first Europa Conference League match against Pacos de Ferreira.
City lodged a £120m bid last week which is still on the table but Spurs supremo Levy shows no sign of budging on his £160m valuation.
