Djokovic has dropped just two sets en route to the quarter-finals, and will fancy his chances of beating the Italian 10th seed Jannik Sinner to reach his 10th Wimbledon semi-final.
The Serbian number one seed overcame the Dutch wildcard Tim van Rijthoven 6-2 4-6 6-1 6-2 in round four to book his spot in the last eight.
The six-time champion's opponent today has never reached a Grand Slam semi-final before, and the 20-year-old had never got past round one before this year at SW19.
Sinner, the world number 13, has knocked out John Isner and Carlos Alcaraz on his way to the quarter-finals, beating the Spaniard number five seed 6-1 6-4 6-7 6-3 in round four.

Norrie, meanwhile, is the last Brit left in either singles draws, having reached his first ever Grand Slam quarter-final following his 6-4 7-5 6-4 victory over the American Tommy Paul in round four.
The number nine seed takes on David Goffin of Belgium, who is also as far as he has ever been in a Grand Slam tournament before.
Norrie, the British number one, has won three of his four matches in straight sets so far, and will fancy his chances against the 31-year-old Belgian, who is ranked 46 places lower than the Brit.
Goffin overcame the American Frances Tiafoe in five sets in round four.
Norrie was the victory in their only previous tie, an ATP match in Barcelona last year when the Belgian retired hurt while a set down.
