DAVID MOYES is eyeing a deal for his own Pogba – the brother of Manchester United’s world-record signing.
Florentin Pogba, three years older than £89million Paul, is on the Sunderland manager’s radar ahead of a deadline-day move but he faces competition from Premier League rivals.
Moyes is looking to land the St Etienne centre-back to bolster his defence especially if he loses Lamine Kone to Everton.
Pogba, 26, has been tracked by top-flight clubs during his five years in France and he has stayed away from international duty with Guinea this week in case a move gets pushed through.
He also knows Adnan Januzaj through his brother and the Black Cats winger may try to persuade him head of the north-east.
Moyes, who was at United AFTER world-record Pogba left for Juventus, is trying to put together a £6.5million move for his brother.
