LAST year's Carabao Cup winners, Manchester United, will enter the pot for the third round.
The Red Devils overcame Newcastle in the final at Wembley to claim the silverware last campaign.

When is the Carabao Cup third-round draw?
- The Carabao Cup third round will take place on either Tuesday, August 29th or Wednesday, August 30th.
- The draw is expected to get underway following the conclusion of the second-round ties, which should be around 10:20pm BST on either the 29th or 30th.
