As Jane takes over from former presenter Phillip Schofield, Daily Star has taken a look back at some of most awkward moments from the awards over the year.
Phillip Schofield v Danny Dyer
Eastenders actor Danny squared up to host Phillip during the first-ever live awards show in 2018.
It what was reported to be a pre-planned moment, This Morning host Phillip asked the Mick Carter actor if he was "alright".
A visibly irate Danny replied: "Yeah you alright – what you want to make one with me?"
After Phillip confirmed he was checking if Danny was "alright", the soap star replied: "I'm lovely yeah beautiful."
Phillip later admitted Danny was "scaring the life" out of him.
He continued to introduce the next award but Danny got out of his seat to confront the presenter.
"Leave it you back off. Sit down I'm in charge here mate," Phillip shouted as the skit came to an end.
Danny Dyer v Phillip Schofield again
A year after their first awkward moment, Danny looked less than impressed when he was made the butt of Phillip's joke.
In 2019, the soap star failed to smile when the ITV star ribbed him after making jokes about various other soap stars.
Phillip quickly got round to Danny, who looked stone-faced when his name was mentioned.
After speaking to Corrie icon Jack P Shepherd about his character David Platt's barber shop Trim Up North, Phil said: "We've also been joined by EastEnders' Danny Dyer, who I'm told is a big fan of the Trim Down South."
After making the joke, he tried to get a response from the soap star, saying: "Isn't that right Danny?"
When the actor failed to respond, Phillip laughed awkwardly as Danny turned to the person sitting next to him, ignoring the presenter.
Helen Worth's speech interrupted
Coronation Street managed to win Best Soap for the first time in five years back in 2018.
Gail Platt actress Helen Worth took to the microphone to discuss the ITV soap's big win but things didn't quite go to plan.
The TV legend was only given 30 seconds to make some speech after other guests' speeches caused the ceremony to overrun.
This annoyed a number of fans, who vented their frustration on Twitter at the time.
Michelle Collins accent row
EastEnders and Coronation Street star Michelle Collins was left unamused after getting criticised for her northern accent.
During a segment in the ceremony seven years ago, The Chase host Bradley Walsh quipped: "I wonder if there's an award for best accent?"
However, Michelle didn't appear to be too happy about him drawing attention to the subject and reportedly responded: "Boring now!"
Jacqueline Jossa self-harm remark controversy
Back in 2018, Jacqueline Jossa was forced to defend herself after being caught claiming rival Hollyoaks is "all about self harm."
The Lauren Branning actress had been sitting next to co-star Lacey Turner at the ceremony when the Channel 4 soap picked up the prize for Best Storyline for Lily Drinkwell’s self-harm storyline.
The camera then panned to Jacqueline, who appeared to say: “Everything is always self-harm on that show.”
She was slammed over the comments on Twitter, but the I'm A Celebrity winner later took to Twitter to explain the context of the situation.
Posting on Instagram, the actress said: "Just to clear things up, Lacey asked me what the storyline was, as we couldn’t hear.

"I answered with, I’m not actually sure, 'I think they all self-harmed on that show'. I didn’t watch the show, I only went from the clip I saw previous, which involved three girls on a bed.
"I haven’t watched the show recently so don’t actually know, but always love it and wasn’t discrediting. I was literally answering what the storyline was.
"I know that self-harm isn’t a joke, obviously, and love any soap that tackles hard stories. It’s been taken out of context.
Jake Wood’s story involved self-harm too. I wasn’t hating, I was answering a question. Sorry for offence!!"
