CORONATION Street fans were left shocked after Toyah Battersby was arrested for Imran Habeeb’s murder.
The counsellor was determined to convince the police that she didn’t mean to kill Imran by visiting the police in an attempt to control the narrative.
Toyah (Georgia Taylor) has already been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
However it backfired when she lied to them about Imran leaving her a voicemail where he confessed to his misdeeds.
And viewers of the ITV soap were in shock at the twist.
One wrote: "I don’t know how this gets resolved with Toyah. Because only she and Imran know what really happened?"
A second said: "Adam was in love with Imran that’s why he’s going after Toyah so much. Pass it on."
Another added: "Toyah has feelings like a block of ice. She’s so business like only minutes after Imran’s funeral."

Emmerdale’s Meena to make a return?
Meena was given a lengthy prison sentence earlier in the year.
The character was sentenced to a long time in prison after being found guilty for killing a series of people.
Paige Sandhu, who plays Meena Jutla on the soap, won the award for Best Leading Performer at this year’s Soap Awards and continued to tease the possibility of a return.
She said: “You know what, never say never. Anything goes in Emmerdale, especially for the 50th.
“It’s going to be the biggest and best year yet. In the past, historically, Emmerdale has broken other prisoners out of jail so it could happen… but we’ll see.”

Hollyoaks’s Jorgie Porter confirmed she’s expecting
The 34-year-old actress took to Instagram to announce the good news.
After miscarrying quadruplets last November, Porter has spoken publicly about the experience.
Talking about the miscarriage and the support of her fiancé, Porter said: “Of course, I’ve shed tears [and] I’ve tried to come to terms with it by thinking ‘They’ve never lived, I don’t know them’, but it took Ollie to say to me ‘You held them in you for three months’ to appreciate the power of those emotions.
“Men suffer during miscarriage too, and Ollie was so, so sad. By voicing his feelings, he got us through, because that encouraged me to speak about mine too.”

EastEnders confirm Aaron’s exit
Harvey’s son was arrested on terrorism charges in January.
It the latest episode of EastEnders it was confirmed that Aaron was convicted of the crimes, sentenced and is being sent to a prison in Newcastle.
Aaron was arrested after his father learned of his plan to plant a bomb in the square and told the police.
Charlie Wernham, who plays Aaron, will be back on our screens soon though, as he’ll be reprising his character, Mitchell, in Jack Whitehall’s Bad Education on-off special later this year.

Corrie fans fuming soap was ‘robbed’ at British Soap Awards
CORONATION STREET fans have been left complaining that the soap was ‘robbed’ at The British Soap Awards “fixed” following a series of unlikely winners.
ITV’s Emmerdale won the big prize taking home Best British Soap after a critically-acclaimed year.
While most viewers were content with Emmerdale’s win, some believe the show was fixed.
“This has got 2 b a bl**dy #fix,” complained one fan on Twitter.
A second viewer said: “This is a bigger fix than yesterday’s episode of The Chase.”
Another noted: “EastEnders should of won that!!!!!!! The best Soap of the year by a country mile.”
A fourth commented: “Some very questionable “results” in tonight’s #SoapAwards… While I do, genuinely, congratulate all Winners – particularly @MarkCharnock – I’d be very interested to know the voting figures in the audience determined categories. #TeamCorrie #Corrie.”
Viewers were also left gobsmacked to see that Doctors beat EastEnders, Corrie and Emmerdale to win best episode.
Taking to Twitter to complain, on person wrote: “I’m sorry but who the f*** voted for doctors?! #soapawards.”
A second added: “Sod off ? some better single episode storylines out there than doctors… didn’t even know that was still on”
“Doctors?! Corrie robbed again #soapawards,” a third ranted.

Eastenders' Chelsea Fox's baby son in new health scare
EASTENDERS fans will need to brace themselves as the is lining up a terrifying health scare for Chelsea Fox's baby son Jordan.
As Sharon (Letitia Dean) also encourages her to stay for a drink after her shift, Chelsea's worst nightmares come to life when she arrives home to find paramedics tending to Jordan.
In the hospital, Chelsea learns that Jordan has suspected meningitis.
The distraught mother then blames herself for what has happened.
Luckily, Chelsea (Zaraah Abrahams) is later relieved to learn Jordan is in the clear. But the situation serves as a wakeup call for her, and she vows to make a decision about her life.
EastEnders will air these scenes on Monday, June 20 and Tuesday, June 21 at 7.30pm on BBC One.

EASTENDERS fans are in shock after Scarlett Butcher confronted her mum Janine over Linda Carter’s crash.
The youngster worked out that her mum had something to do with Linda’s accident – forcing Janine to manipulate her into keeping quiet.
Viewers were disgusted with Janine for treating Scarlett like this.
One wrote: "How desperate is Janine? Surely she can't get away with this. How could she treat her own daughter like that?"
A second said: "Scarlett has more sense than all the adults in EastEnders. She's seen straight through Janine and her lies."

But, in a new Corrie storyline, the once-homeless character is found drunk on the street.
He is found by Kelly Neelan (Millie Gibson), who sets out to search for him after his friends believe he is missing.
This is a storyline that is likely to break the hearts of many Corrie fans, who have seen Stu rebuild his life in recent months.

Aaron to leave EastEnders

After a dazzling show, the winners have finally been announced, leaving some fans overjoyed, and others less so.
Emmerdale took him the grand prize, winning best British Soap.
