Good news Coronation Street fans: Shona and David Platt (Julia Goulding and Jack P Shepherd) are back together!
The couple were on the rocks after David made a drunken pass at best friend Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon) earlier this week, after a difficult few days with son Max Turner (Paddy Bever).
Max was sentenced to ten months in prison for encouraging terrorism, after his racist videos inspired Blake (Adam Little) to stab Alya.
After being sentenced, Max told David that he didn’t want to see him, leaving the father crushed.
Things only got worse when David discovered that Max had been attacked.
This led him to get very drunk, and eventually try to kiss Maria.
Little did he know, his secret would soon come out, as Gary Windass (Mikey North) stormed into the Rovers, revealing all to a bewildered Shona.
Furious, Shona stormed off to back a bag, and decided that she was going to leave him for good.

However, tonight’s episode saw them get things back on track, as they paid Max a visit.
Their trip gave Shona a change of heart, as she admitted that he needed a family to come home to.
With Shona and David now putting on a united front, will it last?
