THE STRICT RULES
Jill and her husband Derick, 32, share their two sons: Israel, six, and Samuel, four.
The reality star has deviated from her parents Jim Bob, 55, and Michelle. 54. and their strict conservative rules.
Counting On's patriarch and matriarch have mostly stuck to these strict rules for their Christian lifestyle.
The Duggar family has observed a strict dress code that usually only permits women to dress modestly and to wear skirts or dresses.
One of these inflexible rules includes not allowing women to show their legs or dress in a revealing manner.
The Duggar children have also been homeschooled and grew up with strict access to entertainment and television.
RIVER BLISS
Recently, the TV personality revealed that she and her husband lost their third child as she suffered a miscarriage.
She shared that they were going to name their third child River Bliss Dillard.
On her emotional blog, Jill wrote: “Our baby doesn’t get to live here with us on earth, but is forever with the source of the river of life, in the presence of the Lord!
“And we chose Bliss for a middle name because our baby is living in perfect bliss with the Lord and was such a gift that brought immense joy and happiness to us even though only with us here on earth for a short time.”
Jill was given support by her sisters Joy-Anna, Jinger, and Jessa on social media.
