Sam Mitchell’s (played by Kim Medcalf) woes look to continue on EastEnders after yet more money problems and blasts from the past plague her time in Walford. The schemer has struggled to have a quiet time since joining Albert Square and her and Zack Hudson (James Farrar) have yet more dramatic news to deal with on the BBC soap too.
Official BBC spoilers show Sam’s money issues are set to cause her pain which will be compounded after an uncomfortable interaction with Mitch Baker.
The awkwardness will continue as Harvey Monroe (Ross Boatman) tells pals Sophia has ceased contact with him.
His dating app match has shown a confused Harvey the cold shoulder, which will undoubtedly please Jean Slater (Gillian Wright).
After her tricky chat with Mitch, Sam is on a desperate mission to recoup some finances.

Her first port of call is to hassle Zack into giving him the money she gave him for the car.
However, in true Mitchell fashion, Sam demands he pays her back by the end of the week.
Zack is stunned by the order and the two argue over Sam’s insistence.
Matters continue to snowball for the troublesome Mitchell sister, as a new surprise arrival makes their way back into her life.
In bizarre circumstances, Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) finds a random man by the name of Don (Nick Nevern) in her house.
After receiving a famous Slater welcome, the pair discuss how he ended up in her kitchen.
He reveals he used to be in a relationship with Sam, much to the intrigue of the woman who could have been her sister-in-law.
Don finds his way to Peggy’s where he and Sam have an impromptu catch up and Sam tells the old flame she still loves him.
With Sam in a deep hole financially, does she really mean this?
On the trail to ease her money woes, Sam is running out of allies in the Square and tries to speak to Jack Branning (Scott Maslen).
After the pair’s previous drunken kiss was caught on camera, Jack wants nothing to do with her.
He refuses to help but Sam looks closer to home for someone to manipulate.
However, her previous ally Zack seems uninterested in digging her out of the hole she’s in, especially after her previous demand.
Later on in Peggy’s, Don is looking to win back his ex-partner and puts on a lavish performance in the bar.
Sam is then left stunned when her old flame goes down on one knee but she also has a bombshell to share with him too and tells Don she’s pregnant.
She then tells Zack about the news, who is also shocked, but leaves him something to think about.
Could Sam really be pregnant and is Zack the father or is someone else responsible?
EastEnders airs Monday to Thursday at 7.30pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer
