Despite the fact that Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) and Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) are currently separated in EastEnders, it is very clear that they still care deeply for one another.
In tonight’s (August 14) episode, that care manifested itself as jealousy for Suki, when she learnt that another woman, Caz, was looking for Eve.
After trying to prevent Caz from finding out anything about her ex-lover, Suki dropped herself in it when she asked Eve about her, unwittingly encouraging her to take her number.
However, when Eve later arrived in the Minute Mart to reluctantly buy some milk, Suki admitted that she just wanted her to be happy, with Eve agreeing that she wished the same for her.
As Eve made to leave, dizzy Suki stumbled, leaving Eve concerned.

This was not the first sign of dizziness Suki had shown, having already tripped over a box earlier in the episode, only to have been caught by son Vinny Panesar (Shiv Jalota).
She made an excuse about the packaging being flimsy, which satisfied Vinny, who showed little concern that his mum may not be well.
However, Eve was quick to notice that something was wrong as she made Suki sit down, refusing to believe the claims that she was ‘fine’.
Though Suki insisted her dizzy spell was a result of her skipping lunch, Eve made it clear that she thought she should see the doctor.
When Suki retorted that she thought they’d agreed that she wasn’t Eve’s problem anymore, Eve grew silent.
Before she could respond, Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) arrived, breaking up the tense moment.
Eve informed him that Suki needed looking after, which she once again vehemently denied, insisting that there was nothing wrong with her.
Is Eve right to be worried? Could Suki be seriously ill?
